• If you do not yet have (or no longer have) access to your online student account, set up or reset your initial password. 
• Confirm your information in your my³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ account.

• If you are earning your first Bachelor’s degree from another institution (i.e. not from ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ) and your degree was not yet posted on the official transcript you sent us:
  • Print a copy of your last schedule of classes and bring it to your advising appointment.
  • Send your official final transcript to ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ once your Bachelor’s degree is posted.

• As a post-baccalaureate student, you do not have to take any general education classes except as major requirements or prerequisites for other classes. Should you need a permit to enter a class,you may contact the academic chair of the particular department.
• Your advisor may help you apply transfer and existing credit toward your new major.
• In order to receive another Bachelor’s degree, you must complete your program of study and earn at least 30 credit hours at ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ beyond your previous Bachelor’s degree.

• Pay your confirmation fee in your my³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ account.
• Refer to your acceptance letter to identify your college and program of study at ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ.
• Check below for a list of advising centers associated with your program of study. Place a call to your advising center, introduce yourself as a newly admitted post- baccalaureate student, and ask to schedule an appointment.
• Check the Registration Guide to learn when and how to register for courses.

• Utilize ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ's Quick Links at the top of each ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ webpage.
• Check your often.
• Explore Canvas, ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ's Student Learning Management System.

• Visit to sign up for text messages and/or phone calls regarding campus emergencies and weather warnings.

• Keep your receipts and leave books wrapped in cellophane until you have the correct books for all your classes.

• New students may visit the All Card office (Student Union, room 120) as early as two weeks before classes begin and at least two business days after registering for classes to receive a card. Please bring a current driver's license, state-issued photo ID or passport. 
• If you already have an All Card, it will be valid for the duration of your attendance. All Cards are automatically reactivated each semester you register for classes. 
• Need a replacement All Card? A new card can be re-issued as early as two weeks before classes begin and at least two business days after registering for classes. ($10 replacement fee applies.)
• Need your ISO number? Send an email to allcard@nku.edu with your full name and the last four digits of your social security number or stop by the All Card office (Student Union, room 120).
• Online only students: if you have not been issued an ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ All Card previously and would like to receive one, contact the All Card office by email no sooner than two weeks prior to the start of the semester to request one. Include your full name and the last four digits of your social security number. This is an accommodation for fully online students only. If you will be taking any classes on campus, you will need to visit the office for an All Card.

Once transcripts are received, a Transfer Evaluator will enter your coursework and evaluate courses based on guidelines set forth by ACE recommendations. Once entered and evaluated, a Transfer Credit Approval Report will be mailed to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the entry and evaluation of your transcript. There is no fee for these transcripts.

We're here to assist you in attaining the services you need to persist to graduation. Navigating the various support programs can seem overwhelming and time consuming.
