Degree Awarded: Pre-vet students typically obtain a B.S. in Biological Sciences (cellular/molecular/genetics track, ecology/evolution/organismal track, or general track) or Biochemistry, but any degree will work as long as the veterinary entry requirements are met.
If you’re passionate about science and animals and confident you want to pursue a veterinary career after completing your undergraduate work, get a head start with ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ’s College of Arts and Sciences. You’ll learn from and work directly with our highly-rated faculty in your chosen major while receiving personalized guidance from advisors who know the field and can help you fulfill all the pre-veterinary requirements for admission to veterinary school.
