It takes a village! A project of this magnitude requires a strong project team. Our team is built of 65+ individuals with expertise, tenure, and is representative of impacted areas. To make the transition as seamless as possible, ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ is partnering with Avaap, a consulting firm, for system implementation and change management support. Together, the consultants and ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ team are working through planning, building, and testing the system. Each area in the project has an identified Avaap consultant, ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ lead, and supported by subject matter experts from ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ. This project offers the opportunity for alignment across departments as the team works together to establish best practices for the future of ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒôÆƽâ°æ.
